Agreements:

1. Routine security in the Southern Command's sector.
2. Preparation and training of formations and units in the event of war.
3. Building of the Command's forces and the integration of its missions.

Wartime:

1. The completion of missions as determined by the General Staff.
2. Command of the formation of the Southern Command and additional forces that serve in the Southern Command's sector during wartime.
3. Continuous routine security in the Command's sector as well as addressing problems that arise in the nation's home front during war.
