 On Saturday morning,  IDF forces manning an observation post near the Israeli community of Yitzhar, just south of Nablus, spotted a Palestinian carrying a molotov cocktail explosive device.  The terrorist approached the soldiers and before he could detonate, the IDF border police and infantry soldiers on duty targeted and killed the terrorist.  Forces found a knife on the person of the terrorist, which defense officials say was likely to be used to break into the settlement
