Two Israelis Injured in Stabbing near Hebron

A Palestinian terrorist attacked two people at a gas station at the enterance to Kiryat Arba lightly wounding them. A soldier in the area opened fire severely wounding the attacker.  IDF forces are scanning the area and investigating the incident.

Two Israelis were lightly injured in a stabbing that occurred at a gas station at the entrance to the Kiryat Arba settlement.  According to preliminary information, the Nachshon Unit from the Kfir Brigades was at the place and opened fire at the Palestinian attacker, who was armed with a knife and an ax, wounding him critically. Army Radio reported that the wounded were taken to Haddassah Hospital for treatment.

IDF forces are searching the area and investigating the incident together with the Israeli Police.

Three months ago, a young Palestinian man tried to stab soldiers in Hebron. The soldiers opened fire at the terrorist, wounding him severely.
