Over the weekend, firebombs and stones were thrown at Israeli vehicles injuring two Israeli citizens.

Two Israelis were injured in two separate incidents of stone throwing over the weekend, in the Judea and Samaria region. One of the victims was in serious condition while the other was lightly wounded.

The first incident occurred on Friday (Oct.9) afternoon when an Israeli vehicle was attacked with stones in Sinjil a town northeast of Ramallah. The Israeli citizen driving a car was hit in the head and evacuated for medical treatment. In the second incident on Saturday (Oct. 10), an Israeli was lightly wounded by a stone thrown to the car he was driving in the village of Hawara, south of Nablus. The wounded received medical treatment there. On Tuesday (Oct 6.), a stone was thrown at an Israeli vehicle traveling in Surif, a town southwest of Bethlehem. The passenger suffered no injuries. Security forces began a search to find those responsible for the attacks.

In another incident, on Saturday (Oct. 10), an IDF force arrested a Palestinian man near the Tomb of the Patriarchs in Hebron. After searching his body, a 5cm knife was uncovered. Earlier, the IDF uncovered a cache of ten firebombs that were ready to be used near the Asira village. Yesterday (Oct 9), two firebombs were thrown at an Israeli vehicle northeast of Hebron. The incident ended with no casualties or damages.
